The manuscript of the article is sent to the journal via the "electronic editor". To send a manuscript, the author must register on the site. Then one must use the "send material" button on the right side of the screen, or one must go to one’s personal area.

At the initial submission of the manuscript the author sends to the journal a text file (in any text format). At this stage, the only text formatting requirement is readability.

The text must necessarily contain the following items (metadata):

  1. Title of the article.
  2. Abstract.
  3. Keywords.
  4. Information about the authors with indication of affiliation, e-mail addresses, and other information at will.
  5. List of sources.
  6. Information about possible conflicts of interest, sponsorship, acknowledgements (if any).

The above information will also be requested by the system when the article is uploaded.

When filling out the fields in the form of entering the article metadata, note that for the required fields, you may need to enter the data in both Russian and English at the same time. English data is entered in the main window, and an additional window is opened for translation. If such a field is not filled correctly, then there will be problems with maintaining the form as a whole. We offer you to enter data in both fields in English.

After the article is successfully sent, an email confirming the sending of the material will be sent to the e-mail address you provided when you register on the CTE website.

In case of a positive decision of the editorial team, the author undertakes to issue the manuscript in the shortest possible time in accordance with the requirements of the CTE journal.

The final version of the manuscript should be adjusted to the requirements for the manuscripts and translated into the LaTeX format using a template.

The formatted article is uploaded to the Literary editing stage (downloading draft files). Component of the article: "Text of the article with LaTeX formatting"
