Abstract

On July 31, 2025, Andrey Nikolaevich Terekhov passed away. He was a Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor, founder of the Department of System Programming at St. Petersburg State University, member of the Academic Council of St. Petersburg State University, member of the Public Council under the Committee on Informatization and Communications of the Government of St. Petersburg, as well as a renowned scientist and IT entrepreneur.
