Аннотация

В статье обсуждаются проблемы, связанные с электронным и дистанционным образованием. Приводятся нормативные документы, мнения о готовности нашей образовательной системы применять новые методы и средства обучения, связанные с цифровыми технологиями. Ставиться вопрос о унификации понятий и терминов, относящихся к образовательным цифровым технологиям.
