Abstract

Aspects of addressing students' demand for transparency in the educational process are considered. A positive attitude toward such requests is justified, and a conditional classification of such requests along with methods for handling them is proposed. It is suggested to use the handling of such requests as a tool for developing the concept of understanding – the absence of which among current students is becoming an increasingly common problem.
